All purchases must be paid for on auction day unless doing an absentee bid. There is a 10 percent buyers premium added to all successful bids.
Method of payment: cash, Visa, Mastercard, and debit. Please note that if your purchase is under $100.00 you will be charged 4% on the use of a credit card.
Sales tax will be collected unless a valid Provincial Sales Tax number is on file with us.
Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold to a bidder (by identification of the bidder number); a verbal contract is consummated and liability for the item(s), including responsibility for payment rests with the bidder.
Merchandise must be removed from auction premises no later than the close of business Saturday following the sale to avoid a storage charge of 10% per lot, per day. Shipping and/or freight can be arranged at purchaser’s expense. All goods left after Saturday will be subject to resale and forfeit of title.
